General Guidelines – ICATS English Linguistics, Mathematics, Science and IT Contests

What hosting institute has to do?
The heads/contest coordinator of the institutes will

  • Receive all correspondence from ICATS including registration forms, brochures, posters, participants’ list and yearly calendar
  • Nominate a focal person who will acknowledge the receipt of correspondence from ICATS Contests through phone / email
  • Display posters on the institute’s notice board
  • Make announcements in all classes to inform the students that registration for ICATS Contests Opens
  • Communicate parents of students through diaries / notices about ICATS Contests deadlines
  • Motivate students to participate in very useful ICATS Contests
  • Register willing students in the participants’ list (provided by ICATS Contests). Minimum participation from respective grade should not be less than 5 participants.
  • Receive a participation fee of Rs. 1000/- per contest from each student
  • Deposit participation fee in International CATS Contests online account in the nearest bank or get issued a bank draft / pay order in favour of “ICATS Contests”
  • Fill up the registration form
  • Attach the pay order / bank draft with the registration form
  • Send the registration form duly filled and signed along with all annexures through courier services to the Program Coordinator, International CATS Contests, Suite # S-5, 2nd Floor, Zainab Tower, 9-11, B-Block Commercial, Architect Society, Lahore.
  • Inform ICATS Contests, if any amendment is required, when confirmation of registration is received by the institute
  • Receive question papers for the contests
  • Conduct test within campus as per given schedule and following ICATS Contests’ guidelines
  • Send solved papers through courier services to Program Coordinator, International CATS Contests, Suite # S-5, 2nd Floor, Zainab Tower, 9-11, B-Block Commercial, Architect Society, Lahore.
  • Receive results, certificates, shields / souvenirs, cash prizes, tablets, USBs, ICATS T-Shirts and CAPs and distribute to the concerned students

  • Send the registration form duly filled and signed along-with all annexures through courier services to Program Coordinator, International CATS Contests, Suite # S-6, 2nd Floor, Zainab Square, 9-11, B-Block Commercial, Architect Society, Lahore.

  • Send entries of all participants through courier services to Program Coordinator, International CATS Contests, Suite # S-6, 2nd Floor, Zainab Square, 9-11, B-Block Commercial, Architect Society, Lahore.
  • Receive results, certificates, shields / souvenirs, cash prizes, tablets, USBs, ICATS T-Shirts and CAPs and distribute to the concerned students
